This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
